Iago’s Wine | Organic estate winery in Chardhaki in the Karlti region of the Republic of Georgia. It was stablished by Iago Bitarishvili. He was the first Georgian wine producer to become officially organic.

Winemaking | Grapes are harvested when both grapes and stems are ripe. They are put in the qvevris without pressing. All wines are produced in qvevri, some of which are over 300 years old. Currently Iago produces around 5000 bottles of Iago’s Wine.
