CHAD HARDESTY is a wine producer in Willow Creek, California. He was born in Southern California, moved north to work on, then create his own organic fruit and vegetable farm, growing for local farmers’ markets and restaurants. Having learnt about natural winemaking from Tony Coturri, he been making his own wine with 2008 his first vintage.
