Groppello di Revò is a red wine grape variety grown in the Trentino region in its native Italy. Ian d’Agata (2014) says it seems to be the oldest member of the Groppello group of varieties. In Trentino it is found in the Val di Non where it was planted by the Maffei family.

Wines: Vigneti delle Dolomiti. | Delle Venezie. | Vallagarina.

Wine style: Black pepper notes due to high levels of Rotundone (Ian d’Agata: 2014, p.66).
