Vineyards | 20ha of land in total. In the Martiena sub-zone in the southern sector of the Montepulciano region. Hilly. Mixed soils. Silty-clay, sandy-clay. Grey-coloured clay, tufa. 400-480 metres. Overlooks the Dei estate. | 2014 There were 6 hectares (14.8 acres) of vines of which 3 hectares (7.41 acres) of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, 2 hectares (4.94 acres) of Rosso di Montepulciano DOC and 0.5 hectares (1.23 acres) of Vin Santo di Montepulciano DOC. The oldest vines date from 1966.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Riserva | 2012 Odd stalky taste at the 2019 anteprima.
Vin Santo di Montepulciano DOC, Familae | Malvasia, Trebbiano, Grechetto (‘Pulcinculo’).
