GAROFANATA | White wine grape variety native to Italy. It is found in the Marche region. Garofanata is another Trebbiano-Toscano-like grape (like Biancame) but it is genetically different enough to be considered different.
The vine | It has medium-small bunches, with medium-sized berries. Vine vigour is average.
Typical flavours | Mouthwatering unripe peach fruit. Also chlorophyll and white flowers.
