White wines

Colli di Luni DOC Vermentino: Located on the first hill of the municipality of Fosdinovo at an altitude of about 250 metres above sea level, facing north-west. Four neighbouring parcels but with different soils: some rich in clay with an important presence of pebbles, others more sandy.  Guyot training with an average density of 7,000 plants per hectare. | 2020 13.5% alc. A really beautiful Vermentino in terms of the clarity of its fruit expression, a light creaminess (lees ageing) and perfect ripeness, ripe but not over-ripe and perfect weight in the mouth –good on its own as an aperitif, but with the structure for a main course (Oct 2021).

Red wines

IGT Toscana Vermentino Nero: Vermentino Nero is an ancient native vine of Lunigiana. Located on the first hill of the municipality of Fosdinovo at an altitude of about 250 meters above sea level, facing north-west. Clayey soil with an important pebble matrix. Very well put together. Clear fruit and tannin expression, in sync. This creates a wine with clear fruit expression, and its case a red which is both smooth and with underlying texture that makes it perfect for food or solo sipping.
