Erbaluce di Caluso or Caluso DOCG is a still or sparkling white wine from the Piemonte (Piedmont) region of Italy. It became a DOC in 1967 and a DOCG in 2010. It is made from 100% Erbaluce grapes.


Caluso DOCG Spumante: 100% Erbaluce. Traditional method. 15 months minimum on lees.

Caluso DOCG Bianco:100% Erbaluce.

Caluso DOCG Passito: 100% Erbaluce. Dried grapes. 36 months of ageing.

Caluso DOCG Passito Riserva: 100% Erbaluce. Dried grapes. 48 months of ageing.
