PINK WINES

PINOT GRIS ON SKIN, DOMAINE LUCCI | 2011 Adelaide Hills. ’30mg/l sulfites. More akin to a light red wine with its deep rusty color [sic] and chewy texture,’ (Isabelle Legeron, 2014, p176).

RED WINES

PINOT NOIR, WILDMAN | Pinot Noir. Whole bunches into barrels, crushed by foot, fermented, drained into old wood for 6 months, bottled with a little sulfur (the only addition).
