Domaine Hubert & Heidi Hausherr is a Certified Biodynamic estate winery in the Haut-Rhin region of Alsace, France.

Owners: Hubert & Heidi Hausherr.

Vineyards: 4 hectares (9.6 acres). Fronenberg vineyard. Sunngass vineyard.

Grands Cru Vineyards: Eichberg, Pfersigberg.

Viticulture: Never used tractors. Used a ‘motoculteur’ or rotovator instead. Aimed to move to horse-power, which they subsequently achieved.

Biodynamic certification: 2009 Full organic certification for the first time. 2016 Demeter certified Biodynamic.

Winemaking: Natural winemaking.
