Dindarella | Red wine grape native to Italy.

Where grown | Veneto: the wines are usually labeled as IGT Rosso Veronese, Vallagarina or Delle Venezie.

Viticulture | Large bunches; medium berries. Dindarella has good vigour, productivity and disease resistance, but is also very subject to coulure, which can greatly reduce yields. Dindarella’s thick skins and large, loosely packed bunches make it ideal for air-drying.

Wine style | Dindarella gives lighter-bodied, lower alcohol red and rosato wines. Aromas include cinnamon, bay leaf, red currant.
