Denela is red wine grape variety native to Italy where it is grown in the Veneto region, found sporadically in the Valle di Montorio and in the Val Squaranto in Verona province.

In the vineyard: Medium-sized, almost compact bunches with small thick-skinned berries. Moderate vigour. Sensitive to bunch rot (Botrytis cinerea).
