Timings: Arrival and start times will be staggered to prevent too many people arriving at once. Please do not arrive outside of your allocated arrival time.
 
The judging rooms will be split into sections. Arrival times will be allocated depending on which room your panel is located that day. This will be communicated separately closer to the judging date.
 
Regional Chairs allocated to first arrival: 9 am arrival, ready to start judging for 9:30am
 
Regional Chairs allocated to second arrival: 9:30 am arrival, ready to start judging for 10am
 
All the Regional Chairs and Judges must be at the table for judging to commence. Judging will continue until all of your panel’s flights for that day have been tasted and scored, which should be no later than 6 pm.
