Coteaux du Layon AOC Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay is one of seven single commune sub-appellations within the Coteaux du Layon AOC in Anjou in France’s Loire Valley, in this case for Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay. Yields are 30hl/ha as opposed to 35hl/ha for Coteaux du Layon AOC.
