Corte Adami is an estate in the commune of Soave in Verona Province in the Veneto region of Italy. White wines are made under the Soave DOC.

Owner: Andrea Adami (born 19 June 1984. Cell: 045.7680423). Grapes went to the co-op until 2004.

Winemaking: Andrea experimented with new oak, then stopped.

White wines

Soave DOC, Corte Adami2011 Garganega and Trebbiano. From Castelcerino (near Filippi). 350 metres. 35-40 year old vines. Pergola. South-south east. He bought it in 1998. Soft press. 1.6 bar. Cool fermented in steel. Reductive winemaking. Bayanus and cerevisiae. V13 from South Africa. Lees stirring. 20,000 bottles. Dry. No MLF. Tropical pineapple flavours from the yeast, fluffy and modern on 10th October 2012 at Enoteca Il Drago, Soave. Sold in Japan (sushi).

Soave DOC, Vigna della Corte2010 Weighty and stony (tasted blind, Vinitaly 2013). | 2011 5-6,000 bottles. 100% Garganega. 100% pergola. Planted mid-1960s. Hand picked end of October. Over-ripe. 24 hours of cryoextraction. Pressed. Lees stirred. Tinned pineapple and orange also wild flowers with almond on the finish on 10th October 2012 at Enoteca Il Drago, Soave.
