Colli di Parma DOC is produced in Parma province in Emilia in the western part of Emilia-Romagna in north-east Italy. The production zone is centred on the hills south of Parma (David Gleave MW: 1989, p83). Colli di Parma Malvasia is ‘usually off-dry and semi-sparkling,’ (David Gleave, 1989, p.90).
