THE CODORNIU-RAVENTOS GROUP is based in Spain where it is synonymous with Cava, having origins in making this sparkling wine since 1551–see Codorniu. It claims to be the largest vineyard owner in Europe with 3,000 hectares of vines.

SUBSIDIARY WINERIES The group consists of ten wineries globally of which eight wineries are located in Spain, including Scala Dei in Priorato, Bodegas Bilbainas in Rioja, Legaris in Ribera del Duero, and Raimat in Costers del Segre. Wineries outside Spain include Artesa in the Napa Valley in California, and Septima in Mendoza in Argentina.
