Château Millet is an estate in Portets on the left bank of the Bordeaux region. It produces Graves AOC wines. The imposing château, the former property of the Count of Ravez, Keeper of the Seals of Louis-Philippe, was bought in 1962 by the Solorzano family, of Spanish origin (Rioja). In the 1990s the owners had to strip the self-awarded ‘Graves Cru Exceptionnel’ from their wine label.

Owner: The de la Mette family (Henri and Thierry).

Vineyards: Mid-1990s 45ha. Red: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 60% Merlot. White: 20ha. 30% Muscadelle, 35% each Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
