Château Biston-Brillette is a family owned cru bourgeois in Moulis-en-Médoc on the left bank of the Bordeaux region. It produces red wines under the Moulis-en-Médoc AOC.

Owner: The Barbarin family (Michel Barbarin). Régisseur: Jean-Paul Barbarin. Manager: Serge Barbarin, proprietor.

History: The estate was founded by Monsieur Biston at lieu dit Brillette. Later, it was acquired by the Barbarin family. In the 196s the estate is reconstructed.

Vineyards: Mid-1990s–22ha of vines. Cabernet Sauvignon: 53%. Malbec: 5% (with Petit Verdot). Merlot: 42%. Petit Verdot: 5% (with Malbec). The terroir was 60% on clay-limestone soils (‘argilo-calcaires’) near the house on the southern edge of the village of Petit Poujeaux; 40% on Garonne gravel over clay at lieu-dit Brillette. Frosty, so aspersion is needed for 5ha of the oldest vines in a clearing in the forest ‘clarière’. | 2015 26 hectares. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon,  50% Merlot.
