Champagne Olivier Horiot is a Biodynamic estate in the commune of Les-Riceys in the Champagne region of France. Traditional method sparkling wines are produced under the Champagne AOC. Still wines are made under the Côteaux Champenois AOC and the Rosé de Riceys AOC.

Owner: Olivier Horiot. He produced his first Champagne AOC wines in 1999.

Vineyards: The main grape varieties are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, plus Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Petit Meslier and Arbane.

Certification: 2013 First vintage with full organic and Biodynamic certification by SIVCBD (BioDyvin).
