Chablis Premier Cru AOC is produced in the Chablis region of France. It is the bridge between Chablis AOC and Chablis Grand Cru AOC.

Wine style: Best after 5 years locals say, at which point the wines show a ‘noisette’ or hazelnut character (Guide Hachette des Vins: 2004, p.452).
