Cantine delle Colline Pisane is a co-operative winery based in Cenaia, a village in Tuscany, central Italy, administratively a frazione of the commune of Crespina Lorenzana, I the Province of Pisa, about 26 km from Pisa and 7 km from Crespina. White wines are made under the San Torpè DOC (formerly Bianco di San Torpè DOC), with reds made under the Terratico di Bibbona Rosso DOC, Chianti delle Colline Pisane DOCG and Chianti DOCG.

IGT Toscana Bianco, Estro: Trebbiano, Chardonnay and MB. No wood; clean fat soft style with a bit of sparging (Visit 14th March 2005).

Bianco di San Torpè DOC, Capriccio: 2005 Trebbiano, Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay. Unoaked.

Red wines

Chianti DOCG: Sold in both normal bottles and wicker-clad ‘fiasco’ or flask-shaped bottles.

Chianti delle Colline Pisane DOCG, Vigore:

IGT Toscana Rosso Novello:

IGT Toscana Rosso, Velluto: Nice soft fruit, bit of dirt and metal too (Visit 14th March 2005).

IGT Toscana Rosso, Pensiero: 2001 Sangiovese, Merlot and Colorino; wood aged; 5,600 bottles. Good use of wood, bit high tone and glycerol but again not bad (Visit 14th March 2005).

IGT Toscana Rosso, Podere Beccheria: Certified organic.
