Canaiolo Bianco is a minor white grape variety native to Italy, once widespread in Tuscany. Today it is found mainly around the cities of Arezzo, Florence, Pisa, Prato and Siena. The vine produces medium-sized bunches and medium-small berries. It has average productivity and disease resistance.
