Cabrusina is red wine grape variety grown in what is now Verona province in the Veneto region of Italy, specifically in the Valpolicalla area.

In the vineyard: Very large bunches with large berries. Vigorous, productive, with good disease resistance.

Wine style: Ian d’Agata’s recollection of tasting microvinifications of Cabrusina was of a tart and fairly neutral wine.
