Bianca Capriana is a white grape variety native to Italy.

Where grown: In Veneto it is sporadically grown in the province of Verona.

Viticulture: Medium-small, usually sparse, bunches, and round berries. Average vigour; good productivity; average disease resistance.

Wine style: Dried fruit, ripe apples. Zippy acidity. Saline tang.
