Anjou Pétillant AOC is a semi-sparkling white or rosé wine sold from the Anjou region of France. It is sold in regular still wine bottles with corks rather than in Champagne bottles. The wines age in the bottle for 9 months minimum before release. Sweetness levels range from dry to medium sweet.

Anjou Pétillant AOC Blanc: 80-100% Chenin blanc plus an optional 0-20% Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc.

Anjou Pétillant Rosé AOC: A semi-sparkling rosé style. Predominantly Grolleau with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Malbec and Pineau d’Aunis also permitted.
