Alessandro Gallo was born in 1971 in Piedmont, in Acqui Termi. Having studied at the Oenological School Umberto I in Alba, in 1997, he graduated in chemistry in Turin. He started to work as laboratory analyst in the Dezzani’s farm and then he became the technical director. Since 2004 he has been the manager of Castello di Albola in Radda in Chianti in the Chianti Classico DOCG, Tuscany. He and his family live in the castle’s donjon which dates to the 12th century.
