REGGIANO DOC, formerly called Lambrusco Reggiano (until 1996) is a red sparkling wine from around Reggio Emilia in Emilia, the western part of Emilia-Romagna in north-east Italy. This area is also known for its parmesan cheese (parmigiano reggiano).
