Giorgi Revasashvili is a wine producer in the Republic of Georgia. Giorgi’s vineyard is situated in the Ateni Valley, 750m above sea level. The vineyard covers just 1 hectare (2.47 acres) of only local varieties: Chinuri, Goruli, Mtsvane, Budeshuri and Tavkveri.

Winemaking: Following the small harvest (3000 litres of wine produced from the harvest) the wine is left in traditional Qvevri for about 6 months and a small amount of sulphur is added before bottling.
