EDDI BERTAU is a Biodynamic wine-grower in the Aveyron region of South West France.

VINEYARD 6.5 hectares (16 acres) of vines of which 4.5 hectares (11.1 acres) was in production in 2010. Gamay, Syrah, and Cabernet.

TERROIR Sandstone and schist soils.

BIODYNAMICS Composting from 2011.

CERTIFICATION 2009 First vintage with full Demeter Biodynamic certification. 2016 Still Demeter certified Biodynamic.
