Ebnerhof is an organic estate in  Cornaiano in Bolzano (Bozen) province in the Alto Adige-SudTirol region of north-east Italy. The current owners began vinifying and selling their grapes independently in 1996. The  wines are sold under the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT and the Santa Maddalena or Sankt Magdalener DOC.

Owner: The Ebnerhof has been the property of the Plattner family since 1982.

Vineyards: 3 hectares. The vineyards are located on the southern slope of the Bolzano basin, at the head of the Valle Isarco or Eisacktal valley, between 400 and 500 metres (feet), on hillside slopes ranging from rolling to steep. Schiava is the main one (for Santa Maddalena DOC), plus Sauvignon blanc, Pinot nero, Malvasia, Merlot, Lagrein and Regent (a PIWI).

Cover crops: Mallow, Hydrophyllaceae, various types of clover and other leguminous plants.

Organic certification: 1993 First vintage with full organic certification.

Winemaking: The estate’s winery was ready for the 2005 vintage. Stainless steel for Sauvignon and Malvasia, large oak casks for the Santa Maddalena) and barrels for Pinot nero, Merlot and Regent.
