CRÉMANT DE LOIRE BLANC From 2 hectares (4.9.5 acres). 80% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay.

ANJOU BLANC, LES QUARTERONS BLANC Not to be confused with a Sancerre made by Étienne and Sébastien Riffault. Graviers sur fond argileux. 2012 50% fermented in 500-litre demi-muids and 50% in vat. Lovely and clear Chenin Blanc, mealy and soft, very good at Millésime Bio 2014.

ST-NICOLAS-DE-BOURGUEIL, LES QUARTERONS From graviers, sable and limon. 2012 Nice, sweet, refreshing, a bit of dilution too but a good effort given the year (rain, rot) at Millésime Bio 2014.

ST-NICOLAS-DE-BOURGUEIL, LES GRAVILICES Deep gravel. 2012 Crisp, tighter and more tannic than the Les Quarterons tout court bottling at Millésime Bio 2014. Nice Cab Franc, fluid at M Bio 2016.

ST-NICOLAS-DE-BOURGUEIL, LE CLOS DES QUARTERONS 2012 Nice old vine Cabernet France richness at Millésime Bio 2014.
