AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG CLASSICO RISERVA, BOSAN | 2009 15.5%. 80% Corvina, 20% Rondinella. 36 months in oak. Fairly rich style, dark fruit flavours (blackcurrant) and a hint of roast too. Aged it would seem in generous amounts of new oak (tasted blind for Decanter in London 17 Jan 2019).
